meet through post installation support.
Consultative
Sales Approach:
Our
first contact with you will be an on-site
orientation conducted by one of one of our
highly trained Sales Engineers (SE). Your
SE is trained in all aspects of PC networking
by the "best of breed" manufacturers
of networking hardware and software. Your
SE will guide you through the process of
determining your objectives by engaging
you in productive dialog about your existing
system and your ultimate IT goals. By the
end of this process your goals are prioritized
and understood completely.
Sales
& Tech - A Team Effort:
Once
the overall goals are established the details
of implementation must be determined. Your
SE (after gathering all pertinent information)
will team up with the best-qualified Field
Technician (FT) for your application. After
the FT and SE discuss in detail your application
the FT researches the best approach to achieve
your goals. The appropriate products, services
and time lines are established and given
to your SE. From this point forward your
SE and FT will be your implementation team.
The
Proposal:
Your
proposal will be less of a quote and more
of a detailed implementation plan. Nothing
is hidden. This document is delivered to
you (not emailed) and each line item will
be explained and justified. A diagram will
accompany the proposal if necessary.
Implementation:
You
say "Go for it!" This is the most
dynamic part of the process. First a detailed
timeline is set with you to reduce time
conflicts and downtime. You will know when
all aspects of implementation will be executed.
Second, your equipment and 3rd party products
and services (software, hardware, cabling,
Internet etc
) will be coordinated
to achieve a timely and efficient implementation.
Third, products and services are scheduled
for delivery in the most non-intrusive manner
possible. We realize this is your place
of business. Fourth, the job is not done
until you say it is. Upon completion of
the project a checklist is presented by
your FT and reviewed with you for accuracy
and completion.
Post
Installation Support:
Often,
at the end of implementation your network
integrator will mysteriously vanish. Not
Paradigm! We take IT consulting serious,
your SE and FT will remain on your team.
Your SE and FT will take your call regarding
any system questions or concerns. Ask about
our Support Plans and Proactive Maintenance
to keep your technology current and performing.
